    Our signature indoor space, Legacy Hall, features floor-to-ceiling windows, 25-foot ceilings, and abundant natural light — creating a stunning setting for your event. With seating for up to 400 banquet guests or 550+ for standing events, Legacy Hall adapts beautifully to your vision.

    The Terrace - Outdoor Patio Space

    Our 2,200-square-foot Terrace Patio offers a beautiful outdoor extension of The 44, perfect for cocktail receptions, networking events, donor gatherings, team socials, outdoor dining, and event breaks. Overlooking the countryside, it provides a relaxed atmosphere for guests to connect and unwind.

    Private Meeting & Breakout Rooms

    The North and South Colt Rooms offer 1,100 square feet of flexible space designed to support a variety of event needs. Whether used for breakout sessions, board meetings, speaker preparation, vendor coordination, volunteer headquarters, or private networking, these comfortable rooms provide a quiet retreat from the main event. Each room accommodates up to 25 guests and can be opened together to host up to 50, making them an ideal addition to corporate events, conferences, nonprofit fundraisers, and community gatherings.

    VIP Suite

CATERING | We proudly partner with Urban Foods Catering and Brew Catering as our exclusive caterers. Their curated menus offer incredible quality, presentation, and service tailored for weddings and events of all sizes. Linen napkins, china, and flatware are included.
